Privacy Policy
This is a short privacy policy, because we collect almost nothing.
What we do process
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) automatically processes technical request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors. Vercel's own privacy policy governs its infrastructure processing.
- Email you send us. If you write to hello@careplan65.com, we receive what you send and use it only to reply. We don't add you to any list.
What we don't do
- No cookies, first-party or third-party.
- No analytics scripts, advertising pixels, session recording, or fingerprinting.
- No sale or sharing of personal information; we have none to sell or share.
- No collection of health data. The check's questions are answered on your screen and stay there; reloading the page erases them.
Phone calls and outbound links
If you call a phone number listed on this site, your call goes directly to the party listed (a government program, or a clearly labeled licensed insurance partner); it does not pass through us, and we never hear it. Calls to partner numbers may be recorded or tracked by the partner for compensation accounting; the partner's own privacy practices govern that call. Likewise, links to other websites (Medicare.gov, SSA.gov, or labeled partners) take you to services with their own privacy policies.
California privacy rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you can ask a business what personal information it holds about you and request deletion. Our answer will be short: aside from any email you sent us, we hold none. Write to hello@careplan65.com to exercise any request.
Changes
If we ever add a feature that collects data (for example, an optional email newsletter), this policy will be updated first and the date above will change.
